First Suitsupply purchase

Sadly, I took this pic after a night out with it – so it’s not perfect, as it was on delivery.
I am however extremely pleased with this suit and Suitsupply has won another longterm customer! Can’t wait to get my hands on another suit.

Battlefield 4 Beta

Not design related at all. But one of my favorite hobbies is gaming, especially FPS games. All the way back to CS 1.5 to CS:GO, BF 1942 to BF 3. Holds a special place in my heart, for sure. So ofcourse, fanboy as I am – I got myself a copy of BF 4 (Beta for now, releases at the end of october). Been loving every minute of it so far, despite the various buggs, glitches and so forth (it is a beta after all, and Dice usually delivers on release).

I have a small youtube channel that I post video clips on every now and then and I thought y’all might enjoy this one. A skyscraper collapsing! I was amazed anyway! :D (Do subscribe! haha… )

Late night debauchery

Giving our App a design overhaul as we speak. Quite a bit of stuff to go through, pixels to push and solutions to be thought of. Felt like pouring myself a glass of creativity juice to get the ideas sprouting. A picture was taking to share it with y’all.

Have a good night everyone!

Saturday vibes and celebrations.

Wanted to mark my 23 birthday with this fantastic track. I’d also like to mark my first year as a professional Graphic designer, even though I technically started 2 months ago. It’s been a bumpy ride, to say the least.

I once described my passion for design as being in love. I housed immense emotion for the art, and that was the closest thing I could compare it to. If you ask me today, I’d say it’s a marriage.

For the first time in my life, I am proud of myself. Not only for having grown as an graphic designer, but for not giving up on my dream of becoming one – to say “Fuck you” to the naysayers (including myself) and standing tall in the stormy weather. I once saw failure when I looked at the Photoshop icon – I now see a prosperous future (Yes, I can predict the future via Photoshop, deal with it.).

I will end this drivel of a post with a quote that has taken me through the rough patches;

Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something. Not even me. You got a dream, you gotta protect it. When people can’t do something themselves, they’re gonna tell you that you can’t do it.

You want something, go get it. Period.
